Factory Service Payment Policy:
Minimum service fee payments are non-refundable and apply to diagnostic evaluation of submitted items.
By submitting payment, the customer authorizes LiTen Up Technologies, Inc. to perform diagnostic evaluation and, if required, repair or replacement of components to resolve the issue. The minimum fee applies even if no repair is needed or the item is found to be functioning properly.
Parts, upgrades, and additional labor are not included in the minimum fee. If repair costs exceed replacement cost, the customer will be contacted to discuss options; approval required prior to proceeding.
Items are shipped only after full payment of the final invoice is received.
Submission confirms customer has read and agrees to the Factory Service Terms, including the non-refundable minimum service fee.
All service is performed by our authorized Technicians in our factory, located in northern Illinois.
